Plaque Size: 18"h x 15"w
Laser engraved black brass plates attached with screws
Cost includes header plate engraving with additional cost for nameplate engraving
Logos or clipart can be engraved on header plate if needed
Clipart images available for most sports or activities

Plaque Arrangement

Exact arrangement is not necessary when submitting plaque text. Plaque text and needed logos/clipart will be formatted in suitable arrangement pertaining to product style. Proofs will be provided for approval prior to production.

Header Plate Line Changes

If ordering multiple plaques with non repeating header plate please enter line changes in comments or engraving lists can be uploaded.

Set Up

Each order placed has a order set up charge. Reorders using similar layouts of previous orders have a reduced set up charge. Logo clean up or detailed graphic design may have additional cost. See Art Requirements for additional info for logo requirements and design guidelines.
