Prepayment
is required before production begins processing orders.
Until an account is established, we request full payment
by check, VISA and MasterCard. Credit terms may be provided
for schools, government or manufacturing/resale types
of businesses. |

Once
an order is recieved Blue Ribbon Awards Customer Service
will review the order and reply back to customer with
total cost of product, set up fees that may apply and
shipping costs. At that time customer is responsible for
prompt payment to allow for production to meet time line
for order completion. Please call with payment information

Delivery: |

Standard
production time is 3 - 14 days after art approval. Large
orders or apparel and promotional products may require
3-5 weeks. However RUSH service is available for additional
charge. Call 877-845-4863 for availability
and more details. If items are out of stock customers
will be notified. |

Shipping
and Handling: |

Orders
can be shipped UPS or SpeeDee Delivery. Shipping charges
will be included in order confirmation. Shipping charges
will be charged accordingly to location and priorty of
shipping. |
