Logo / Art Requirements
Logo/art requirements.
- No set up for stock fonts, clipart or supplied application ready logos.
- Laser engraving may require logos to be converted to black and white art. 
- Always take into consideration size and location of laser engraving. 
- Not all logos/text will be suitable for etching when size is reduced for small items.
- Modifications to logos may be necessary to ensure quality laser engraving.
Laser engraving minimum font sizes / line thickness 

- San Serif fonts (ex. Arial) = 8pt or larger

- Serif Fonts (ex. Times) = 12 pt or larger
- Script Fonts = 16 pt or larger
Note: Minimum line thickness 1.5 pts
- Letters and details may not laser engrave crisp and clear if below minimum sizes
 
Acceptable application ready digital file formats
- Vector EPS, CDR, or PDF (All fonts must be converted to curves/outlines)
- In some instances high resolution Jpg and Tiff will be accepted.
* Faxes, photocopies and low-res JPG/TIF files are NOT application ready.
 
Set Up Charges
- Logos must be submitted digitally in eps/pdf /cdr vector format to avoid set up charges.  
- Depending on product and printing method high resolution jpg or tif files may be accepted.  
- Laser engraving, screen printing and promotional products require vector format digital format.  
- Art services are charged at $60/hr.  
- Add $.50 per line change on non-repeating items. (Names, Dates, etc.)
