Standard production time for catalog items is 3-10 working days after
art approval.
- Promotional products, apparel, special order items and large orders
may require up to 5 weeks.
- Rush service may be available depending on product availability.

Standard shipping is ground UPS or SpeeDee Delivery Service. USPS
may be used on small packages.
- Shipping charges will vary depending on location, weight and special
shipping requests.
- Some packages may be charged an additional handling fee in addition
to carrier charges. |

Proofs will be supplied for most engraved and printed products.
- Prompt proof approval is appreciated to insure time deadlines are
met.
- Customers are responsible for errors on approved finalized proofs.
- Changes made after proof approval may delay order processing and
add extra cost. |
